we just do whatever show happens to strike our director's fancy. Though, I am currently trying to convince her [i]West Side Story[/i] would be perfect. She isn't going for it though which is sad.

Yes, Sweeney Todd would be a lot of fun. But our director hates it. Not to mention we perform for our elementary students and with all the blloshed and violence it would not be a good idea. It was difficult to convince their teachers to let them see [i]Grease[/i]

I love to sing but I sound like a dying cow in my opinion, so I only sing when I'm alone or with friends who don't give a dang - that's why I want to try out for the PLAY and not the MUSICAL. Lol!

I agree, but I do understand. A lot of people in our school enjoy the theatre and [i]Nunsense[/i] only has six parts and [i]Forever Plaid[/i] only has four. So in order to keep people happy she's making it for her drama class. Which, while seriously annoying to those of us who have already taken the class, it really does make sense.

Surf surf. Finally getting rid of the sunburn on the backs of my knees and face though. I couldn't wear any makeup for like a week because it looked horrible with the peeling skin =P

November is near the end of first term. We start up in August, go through about the 18th or 20th of December, then we come back to school on about January 3rd and go until the middle of May and that's second term. The play is in April, the musical's in November. ^^

haha XD if only....my mom wud flip but oh well =)

ive been very unproductiveQ!!! lol XD tehee.. and now my comp broke.. AGAINNN... i should have been writing when i had the chance cuz i was grounded too.. sigh :(

and now no comp.. grrr face...

And yeah, It's a long way away. We have our school play in about March or April, because the musical is November. Lol XD
