I'm trying to get it all out through writing, that's how I got rid of my anger. I think if I get enough out I can get over him. I'm trying to keep my mind strong enough to do that and sustain sanity.

That's all I've been doing since Oct 5, except for the ice cream part. I don't like cold foods xD (Yes, I'm strange and probably the only girl who doesn't like ice cream.)
It's just gonna take me a while because I have a lot of myself that needs healing, and I can't focus on the injuries he caused first. I have to fix what's wrong with my head and focus on accepting myself first.
