    I think what scares me the most is the fact even my seven year old little sister came home from school one day calling herself fat. And she's not fat at all. And did I mention she's only seven? A seven year old trying to lose weight is a terrifying thought for me.

    And then the other day I saw a five year old girl in the mall who was really really obese and it broke my heart. Because at that age, it's not your fault if you're overweight, you know? It made me really sad.

    I wish society would change their focus from getting people skinny, to just getting them healthy.
