It's fine that you don't like mpreg, I don't blame you. As long as you left some sort of comment I'm okay with it.

I think you're nice enough already :P
Just the desire to be nicer means that you're a nice person ^.^

I don't really believe in new Years resolutions anymore :P I think the idea is cool, but I don't know if I've ever gone through with one. So this year I decided not to make any.
What were yours?

Bleck, I haven't been on for AGES! Sorry I didn't respond sooner, though I honestly can't remember what we were talking about either XD

It's because your awesome like that :) At least you told me, otherwise I'd have been scratching my head for awhile...

What do you mean by more than understanding and analyzing? I like where this idea is headed but I want to make sure I'm following properly :P

Well we'll have to agree to disagree as we both think the others poetry rocks while our sucks/isn't the greatest :P Though I normally don't do well in contests, because of my metaphors and wording. It goes above the common audience :/

Lol, hell yes! Though I tend to do it quite a bit. It's one of my bad traits :3

Yeah I was about to switch once you responded. I'm really bad for spamming as I start talking about things completely non related *Facepalm*

I don't think so, all of your work is really good. You's the WO-MAN!!!! (I'm in one of those weird moods, don't ask)
And even those weird mood ones turned out great as well :) Honestly I liked practically every poem that went into that contest, even the ones I judged harshly I thought that with some sprucing could turn awesome :D

I totally didn't put in some of my better poems as I didn't think any of you guys would notice this contest held poetry :P Even then I'd have to go back and drag some out of that old contest as a lot of my newer stuff is more metaphorical and you have to look deep into them to understand. I found out the judges don't always analyze the poems XD

Yep that's perfectly okay ^.^
I'm glad the prompt made sense, I really wanted someone to do it since I like the idea behind it, but it's also a confusing prompt :P

That's a good plan :) you can also buy copy rights online if you're really paranoid :)

Ah! That sounds scary... Well find someone that you trust then, or get one that looks at your stuff after you've put it online and looks it over for you and tells you then. They can't claim its there if there is an electronic date on when you put it out ;)

I've done that before! But only once since most of the pre-write contests specifically state what they're for :(
I tried using the search bar for a short while but then got confused by all the finished contests *Facepalm* Maybe I'll just have to be a bit more sly and try those two options again :P

Ah! I do the same thing, but for a different reason. I can't read over my work because I'm too proud of my work deep down and don't want to change it. Thus even if I do read it, I read it the way that it was supposed to read to me, not the way I actually wrote it, if that makes any sense. This is why beta's are good :) You've been getting better though and I don't notice as many typos :D You should see if you could find a beta to look over your work for you and tell you what mistakes you've made. Of course you don't want one who just changes your work and hands it back to you, as many, many betas do *Facepalm*

Well thank you, I've tried not to let you guys down since I know how much it sucks when a contest is just dropped :P Especially when it's a poetry contest since their are so few on mibba. At least I never find them.

That's unfortunate, isn't it? I know I've been worried about doing that. The worst I've done though is place your guys poems up and then judge them a few days later thank goodness.

Very true, it's funny how sometimes the person themselves can stop them from doing something truly amazing or inspirational.

You're welcome :) And I understand completely, I can be the exact same way *Facepalm* but you really are good, all of you guys are. I love doing this contest and seeing how well each of you guys do with the prompts every week.

I think I'll just open up another one in a little bit, I'll refine and add some more prompts to my list and whatnot. That way other people will join because they'll see that it hasn't started already. Though they could join if they asked, I just know that I would be discouraged if a contest had been going on for four weeks already.
Or maybe I'll pass on the torch to someone else to head up a contest like this. I could pass on my prompts if they want ideas. Plus if I did that, I'd get to join in as well :D Of course I've liked both participating and judging this kind of contest... Hrm... decision, decisions :P

You're welcome, don't worry about it :) The entire point of the contest is to show everyone who entered how awesome you guys can be at poetry and hopefully get you guys to improve :) I actually wish I had made this longer as I have dozens of prompts O.O (But back on topic) You completely deserved all the praise I gave you, I don't just say things willy nilly. You. Are. An. Excellent. Poet.
