In 'my mibba' got to the sections stories and click on 'my stories'. There lick on 'add a new story' and fill in all the info on the story then click submit. Once you do that click on the story tittle and there should a button saying 'add a new chapter.'

as for layouts there should be a link in the same part as you found 'my stories' saying 'layouts'. There you can create your own. =]

That's cool!
I was never blessed with a talent of writing songs.
So instead I resort to stories and periodically poetry.
