Hi this is a random comment, but I just read your journal on Day of Silence and I wanted to say that it made me super sad and happy all at the same time. Super happy becuase, you made incredibly valid points. It's not disgusting in anyway and that girl guy whatever needs to keep their mouth shut. Nothing pisses me off more that intolerant a-holes with no lives that are afraid of something they don't understand. It's okay not to support something but keep it to yourself. Ya know? Wow punched in the stomach? That's disgusting. That's so sad. I mean we get picked on or whatever and people tell me it's Gay of Silence, but I was never physically harmed. Well, I'm done rambling. I was just super happy to see another day of silence participant. Was this your first Day of Silence?

I know what it's for, and I still think it's pointless. People don't react to silence. All the years I've done it (and really, having a day of silence is used by a lot of other causes) nobody really noticed or said anything. But if it gathers attention where you are, that's awesome, I've just given up on it because there was really no point. I still support it, but I do think loud rioting protests are a lot more effective.

Hi, sorry for the confusion I caused due to the changing of the contest I did for the short period of time it was in effect. I assure you it was not because I feel like I do no have time to run it in the way that you would like it done. I was merely just thinking of it in terms of how many votes there were for the theme and the actual amount of entries. It seemed as though people did not enjoy the process of theme voting as much as they did for entering and the voting for that portion. I did not mean to cause any trouble with it and I am sorry for how it came off. I am not changing anything about the contest as a whole and I hope you do not despise me for what seemed like an abrupt decision. I did not mean to come off as a bitch or anything of the sort and if I did then I am sorry for the way I acted about it.
