Oh, believe me, I know exactly what you're saying, especially with the whole predictable concept.
I'm not at all trying to defend my writing just so I don't feel insecure, and trust me on that, but as predictable as it seems now, I hardly think you'd be thinking the same thing if you knew the entire story(:
I have a very strong resentment against predictable plots, all because I've wasted so much money on books that have only ended up disappointing me. Lol.
I just ask that you stick around until the very end. It may take a while, though, because this story was written a few years ago and I am currently rewriting it. About eight chapters were deleted a few days ago, and I have yet to delete the first. x]
