You said you were wondering where Harry was, since Ginny was there, but that was explained in the previous chapter. Each contestant was only allowed four family members the day prior to the task, and Rose's were her parents, Ginny, and James, because Harry had to work. Have no fear, though, he'll be there for the last task :)
