    I am just sitting around enjoying the storm we're having. It's been down pouring rain for about 30 minutes and everything is flooded. The lightning is literally only a half mile away from where I am. The thunder is loud! Lol. But we don't get weather like this so I love it! We only get snow once every 4 years and rain only in August and it usually only rains for about an hour and then the wind blows it out, but it's been raining for about a week. I love it :)

    If flies bite hard enough and they keep biting in a certain area, the horse will have kind of an allergic reaction where it swells.I just got home from school. Blek! I'm tired. My mom and I are about to go see a new foal (baby horse) down at the ranch we used to board at! I am so excited!

    Yeah same here. His other leg is a little swollen and I think it's from the flies. But he'll get better in a couple days. Anyway, what are you up to?

    Thanks! He is really pretty and I'm not just saying that because he is my horse. :). I compete in Barrel Racing, so I barrel race on him. He was injured on September 13, 2008 when he took a mis-step after we stopped in a competition and wound up rupturing a tendon. I couldn't ride him for 7 months. It was supposed to be 9 months, but the therapy I did to him made him heal faster!. But he just came off it on April 27 so I will be competing on him again in July. I can't wait!!!
