Lol. I always wanted a hamster. I think after my mom saw my neighbors two mulitply into twenty something, all bets were off. She says that if I ever get one, she's feeding it to the cats. D:

Aha it depends where in Alberta you live, since it's a province.
I live in Northern Alberta in a smallish town, and it takes me 5 hours to get to Edmonton and 8 hours to get to Calgary. And there's quite a few places in-between.
Everything is fairly close together but far enough apart that you have to drive a couple hours.
We have a few lakes and such, but it's mostly just flat and grassy aha

Aha, I do! it gorgeous here.
It seems like you've got a pretty good picture of it already.
We have no mountains, as lots of people seem to think. xD
It's mostly flat land with hills. There's a bazillion trees and everything is almost more brown than green half the time. But when it rains it's such a pretty green. :D
That might sound weird but it made sense in my head. xD
