no i'm not really 30, if you paid close attention i used a very obvious fake birthday. i'm ten years younger than thirty but all the same i felt the need to exagerate a bit it adds to the illusion of who i am. see if you can figure out who's birthday i used.
i can garuntee you it will explain alot more into who i am. i tend to be constantly elusive. i'll givve you one hint, it's the birthday of someone we both obviously hold in very high esteem.

i think the reason why parents are a little narrow-minded on the subject is because their generation was all about basic food groups, y'knbow? eating veg, fruit and meat and water. ah well, you'll be ok xx

you can get just as much nutrition from fish, fish oils and cheese. It should work xx =)
