Awe! Lol. I take that as a compliment!

I thought you might have. They didn't immediately show up when I went on your profile, so I didn't look last night, but I will now. :-)

Oh. Rats. I thought you were all creative or something. Haha!

Ooooh, please! I'd love to have that recipe! Seriously, were they as good as they sound?

Yup. David keeps setting the videos so that only his "friends" can see them, which is a shame because I wanted to show you and a few other people on here, but it won't work. :-( I also wrote a review of the show and Within Reason told me to send it to their PR guy (who actually owns a marketing firm). He was really impressed with it and said if I ever want to interview the band, he'll set it up. When I announced this news on Facebook, Jacob said he was proud of me.

Okay, I do enjoy hanging out with my bands and such, but I am seriously going to have a girls' night in soon. I mean, I know a photo shoot and everything isn't exactly "in." Still, it sounds like you had a great weekend too!!!!! :-) And no, right now, I'm not doing anything this weekend. I mean, there's a show, but I'm not sure I want to go.

That's the way I'm looking at it. He's out, hopefully for good. Better late than never.

Right? And then that lady got up front and basically, I think, was hoping for Cody to do the same thing to her (i.e. stick his junk in her face). He never did. Lol.

I would LOVE to see some pictures!!!!!! :)

The Velcro Pygmies are pretty freakin' awesome. Jacob from Lynam writes a lot for them, so...ya know, I'm a little biased. Haha! Lime green jello? Nice. I like being able to inspire that much envy ;)

OH MY GOD! Peanut butter Oreo brownies??? Jeez, and you didn't share with me??? Seriously, that's amazing! Sounds like a great Easter.

I went to two shows this weekend. I saw Rearview Ghost and Within Reason on Friday, then we drove out to see Lynam on Saturday. The short version is this: Within Reason is a GREAT band and I'm a member of their "army," so I have a lanyard with "Within Reason Army" printed on it. I wore it to the Lynam show. Cody pitched a fit about it, then David took a video where he made me show him the lanyard and he said that I was a "whore-nado" and that I was "whoring around with a bunch of other bands." HA! Yeah, Lynam's jealous. ;) How was yours???

Perfect! Lol. At least now I know we won't be having to figure it out as we go along. Your experience will help. Ha! ;)

Me too! We're thinking he got away with the money from one of her life insurance policies, but it wasn't paid in full yet, so he didn't get much. I mean, obviously I wish he hadn't got ANY, but I'd rather him get a tiny bit of money then still be around, mistreating her and keeping her from her family.

My friend who took that picture laughed so HARD. I was trying to hold my pose and she was too busy laughing to snap the picture. Then, some woman behind me leaned up and said "DAMN, that was HOT!" I think she wanted to molest Cody.

I personally don't think you'll have any issues. You really are gorgeous! But LUCK <3

The guy that kissed me was the guitarist from the Velcro Pygmies. He is YUMMY! Like...whoa. And David made a big deal out of it because Lynam and the Pygmies are always kind of grouped together, I guess. They have a lot of the same fans and stuff. So they have an ongoing competition over random stuff and for right now, I'M what they're competing over. Lol. It makes me feel special. Even if David made Cody pick me up, lay me on a table, and throw a wet rag over my face.

That's a good way to look at it :)

My Easter was fun. I hung out with the family and ate lots of chocolate. Lol. That's what it's all about, right? (Just kidding.) How was yours?

I just can't seem to write anymore. I think I lost any and all talent that I may have had. I just have no real motivation to write. Kinda sucks. I hate the feeling.

I had to keep it quiet because she wasn't going to tell our parents until like a month before it's gonna happen. She's getting married. It was going to be in like two months, but she changed her mind and put it off to next year. I was starting to stress trying to plan a wedding with her with only two months to prepare. Haha.

Unfortunately, job hunting isn't going well at all. I had applied to a bank not too long ago, but I didn't work out. They didn't even call me for an interview, so it's not lookin' great at all. Oh well. Something will come up, I hope.

No plans this weekend. Last weekend, we had a snow storm so I stayed home the whole time. What about you?

We should go in as partners. We could drive together. One of us sleep while the other drives. We'd get all our deliveries done like THAT! Lol.

My grandmother did take care of some stuff. She got that guy off her life insurance policy, or at least that's what she told my mom. :) She can do things for herself, it just takes a lot of encouragement from other people. And yes, you can see all of the best pictures here: Lynam Blog

You're so lucky! I hope you have the time of your life. .... RAWR! You looked sexy, if you don't mind my saying so. :)

I did! He kissed me. And their vocalist took a video and made this huge deal out of me wearing one of their shirts. He posted it on SocialCam, so David from Lynam saw it. Last night, at the Lynam show, David took a video in response. Lol. Unfortunately, I was wearing the other band's shirt again. David made this huge deal out of me having the nerve to do that. ... Awe! No! Missed opportunity. :-( That sucks.

It's astounding to me how hard finding a job is. I mean, I knew it would be difficult, but I thought I'd at least be able to find something part time until I could get something better. It's just so few people are hiring. I've seen a lot of positions for a long-haul truck driver open, though. Lol. Maybe I'll go get my license. ;) And thank you!

We haven't heard from my grandmother since we were there, like, a week and a half ago. So I don't know if she's actually taken care of anything on her own, or if she's waiting on my mom to come down there and do it. We're trying to get someone removed from her life insurance policies so that they don't get her money when she passes on (he's not family, he's an ex-boyfriend). Oh, the Lynam show was great! Jacob pulled me up on stage while they were doing "Sweet Child O' Mine" and danced with me and played guitar for me. Luckily, my friends got pictures. :)

Ahhhh! That's so cool! I want to see Manson, too. I've been a fan for....about 13 years now, and I've never seen him. :( Hope you have fun! Do you have pictures of you as the Queen of Hearts? I bet you looked amazing!

You're welcome! Umm, I went to see another band last night and flirted with a guitarist. Flirting with pretty band guys is good for the soul. Lol.

It's alright. I don't get on Mibba often anymore. I don't know why. I guess I've slowly been losing interest in it. So no worries about delays in response.

And thanks. I hope I find something soon, too. As for what I've been up to, not a whole lot. The most interesting thing going on is that I am gonna help my sister plan some stuff for the near future. I'm supposed to kinda be quiet about what this stuff for now. Haha. What about you?

Not that I need to tell you, but definitely make sure you have something else lined up before you quit (if it reaches that point). Finding work is just...hard. It SUCKS! I hate this economy. However, I'm keeping my head up. I have to believe that I'll find something soon. :)

Basically, the only thing I've been doing besides job hunting is helping my mother take care of HER mother. Lol. Although I did get to see Lynam a couple of weeks ago...right before Jacob left to play shows with Adler. :/

What about you? (By the way, that new picture you posted is GORGEOUS!)

It's okay hun i know that life gets hectic a lot.

Wow, Fright Night sounds like it's fun and yes it never hurts when the guys are cute!:) Have you gotten to meet them? I heard that sometimes they hang around with the fans after they're done performing.

I have so many favorites from them but right now it would have to be a tie between "Buried Alive" and "Aim For the Head" although, i have been listening to their song "Bound and Gagged" a lot recently. The song is just so interesting and addictive, it makes me want to write a Fanfic based on it^_^

I hope i see them in concert soon as well, fingers crossed! Very Happy

That's okay! And I'm sorry. What's going on? Work and just life, in general? :/

No, I never heard back from that person who was looking for writers. But I've applied for a couple of other jobs recently that...well, honestly, it's pretty likely I'll get an interview at the least, given my past experience. The problem is that they're part time, only 15-20 hours a week. I mean, it's better than nothing, I guess, but that's not enough to live on.

Still no luck with finding a job. I'm doomed for unemployment for a while, it seems.

And I did enjoy the Super Bowl! I was, like, the only person in Colorado who wanted the Ravens to win. I was texting one of my friends out in California that the Ravens were going to win, and she kept telling me that the 49ers were gonna win. And it was just really fun to watch. Haha.

I never have plans for the weekend. I'll probably see a movie at the second run theater, but nothing huge planned for me. What about you?

Unfortunately, no luck on the job front. I'm sure something will come up eventually, but right now there has been no luck.

And no real plans this weekend, aside from staying home tomorrow to watch the Super Bowl. What about you?

It's good that things have calmed down. I know some places are more hectic than others, but EVERY workplace gets crazy around the holidays. Lol. Speaking from experience, retail is a nightmare.

It was my Santa hat, too. That was the best part. He came over and asked if he could borrow it for a picture with this girl, then EVERYBODY ended up wanting to wear it. I got a really sexy picture of Cody in it, which he used on Facebook until the end of December. Haha.

Oh, I know! The joys of giving! I made my brother and my mom very happy this year. I just know what they like. My dad is really hard to shop for, so I don't really know how he felt about his gifts. :/

Pretty good. I had a severe allergic reaction to something recently, but that's being taken care of. We're still not sure what it was. I'll probably have to see a specialist if it happens again. I'm still writing for that website and one of my friends sent me the email address of someone who is looking to start an online music magazine. I'm feeling pretty positive right now. :)

Yeah i'm very grateful that i found them:)

Wow really, i would think there was a whole lot of people who were fans and i agree more people need to know who they are.

    How did you discover them?

I was making a Halloween playlist for my party and i found them randomly. 'A Gorey Demise' and 'Such Horrible Things' were the first songs i found and from then on i was in love with their music.

I haven't seen them in concert yet but i can only hope i will someday:)

Thank you so much for subscribing to "Young Love" it truly means the world to me!

When i read that you're a fan of 'Creature Feature' i literally gasped, i have finally found someone else who loves them! I haven't had the chance of knowing them for as long as you have sadly, i discovered them about 2 years ago.

Thank you! :) The drummer from Lynam came to my ceremony, so I was happy. Lol.

Pretty good. I got a lot of stuff I needed...and my mom was really happy with what I got her. Plus, Jacob sent me a picture of him and Ashley Purdy from BVB (I considered that my gift from him) AND I got to see Jacob in a Santa hat. I can't help it. He's so cute. Those were really positive things. Ha ha! What about you? How have your holidays been so far?

My Christmas was alright. I wasn't asking for a whole lot, and I liked what I did get. I was just a little bummed that I got nothing from my dad and step-mom. My step-mom had told me they would get what they could since they forgot my birthday, but it looks like they forgot Christmas too. Haha.

Oh, that's awesome! Sounds like a wonderful holiday! We had a somewhat similar situation, in that we actually had every single member of the family in one place for Thanksgiving. Lol. That happens so rarely these days. :-)

I am actually graduating this weekend. Or, well, I've already graduated, but the official ceremony is this Saturday. So...yay!
