For the most part I can mooch off my mom when it comes to CDs and hair stuff, but she's trying to get me to be "financially independent" (or something) since I have a relatively steady babysitting job...I just want her to keep buying me stuff xD
Most of it is original fiction, but all of that stuff is really old and I'm not a big fan of it. There's actually quite a bit of Brendon with an OFC of some variation, and a little bit of femmeslash (it sort of stands out xD).
Facebook chat is without a doubt the worst thing in the world. My friends and I call it flopchat.
Kayla is a bit like Brendon...I see her as more cynical than him, but hey- I didn't write her xD She's not really self-centered, either; I don't know. It's kind of weird- but I like how she's similar to a person in that I can't describe her personality. Kayla adds a lot of dynamic and I appreciate that.

You're welcome. Don't worry about it though- I really do owe YOU for writing such a great story for all of us to read.
I actually figured that she would do something like that xD To be honest, she annoys me. Don't think that she's badly written or anything (that's not it AT ALL) and I like her as a character. I think it's a good thing that you can write people who actually remind me of kids I know. She's realistic in her annoyance of me. (I hope you don't take this as a negative comment because it's not supposed to be.)
The first thing I need to buy is the new Circa Survive cd, then I need some hair stuff, then maybe a disk if I can get around to it xD
It is indeed better than nothing. Maybe one day I'll figure out how to mush everything together and make one big epic story hahaha. That would be cool but I doubt it will happen.

I'm a bit like that...except I focus for about 15 minutes. I come up with one great scene or line or feeling that I want to get across, then when I start trying to think of how to build up to that I say, "This is too much work. I'm gonna go eat something." And I go eat something xD In my desk drawer I probably have a notebook's worth of papers with little bits of dialogue and a paragraph or two on them. I wish I had the drive to turn them into full-out stories, but I just don't.
Maybe one day I'll post my fan-fic. It's on another laptop of mine with no internet, and I don't have a flashdrive, so there's no way for me to move it.

I think you've done a good job of updating. You don't go so quickly that there's no suspense, but you don't go so slowly that I give up (not that I could ever give up on Lights!) so kudos to you (:
Oh I definitely would, except there is no way I could write a fiction piece that long. The longest thing I've ever written (I sort of lied when I said I'd never written a fanfiction. I have, I've just never posted it) is only about 12 pages on Microsoft Word and who-knows-how-many words. If I could keep something going though, I probably would xD

I know exactly what you mean. I've never written a fanfiction, but even reading them it's the same way. Right now I'm in a Ryden swing. The only thing is I can relate to both Brendon and Ryan in almost every story I read (including yours xD Except I'm not being chased down by anyone and I don't have a job, haha) so it's hard to form a personal relationship with just one character. For the most part, though, I don't mind. It just means I don't like to share xD

Aw, you're welcome. I do what I can, but really I could have made you change the whole sentence to allow for "awakened" to fit right in but what use is that when "awoke" fitted better.

It was no problem, I just thought since it was a story that involved the both of them they should have equal problems and solutions.
