I think the imagery in your poem is good but I lost interest at some parts. I like how you include some common superstitions like black cats, sidewalk cracks, shattering a mirrior, etc. Although, I'm a bit unsure what your greatest fear is, I think it's a certain person but I'm not sure. This is a good poem though!
