What I liked: I love how this all just flows together, if that makes sense. I didn't notice the rhymes that much which makes it seem less forced. The way you described the person who made you feel that way is just beautiful.
What I disliked: I didn't like how it all was just one long poem, with no spaces and stuff. It would be easier to read if it was in stanzas.
