I love the poem. I lost two very dear friends- one of five years, and the other of just over a year- two years ago and sometimes it still hurts. I went the route of changing my anti-depressants and talk therapy. I can't say it helped much, but just as I thought God wasn't there He sent me my best friend, whom i often refer to as my angel. She saved me from myself. She listened. Perhaps find someone you trust and just pour out your soul to them. Don't be afraid to let your feelings show. When you can't bear to stay strong anymore, let your weaknesses show. We're only human. Allow yourself to be broken. Acknowledge the pain and don't try to suppress it. Sometimes suppression only makes things worse. I wish you the best.
