The last two stanzas are marvelous. They took my breath away. Really - how can you do that? I'm re-reading it in awe. Mr. Green

Her heart and mind are messed up, undecided and clouded thoughts swirling in the narrator's mind. The thoughts in that person's mind are too many and she's confusing the solutions to each of them as well as the consequences.

Considering the different paths the future can take and how to glue together the right thought to the right after-effect.

The mind is a hard tool but the best known to every alive being on the world. Spinning and thinking only seems natural. The present might be lost but still if their life hasn't ended (not met with death), then the future and present will find tehir way into her mind.

    Another nice creation. :;cute:

I am absolutely in love with this poem! Normally I don't get into poetry, but this had a different feel that most other stuff I run across. It was a bit chilling actually. Now I have no idea if you were going for that, but it was and I like that in a poem.

This really dug down into my brain, made a little nest, and is going to just sit there for a long time.

I like this. There's a lot of really powerful imagery and analogy, and that really adds to the poem's tone. Good job

have you ever read anything by Ellen Hopkins?
your writing is so similar to hers, it sounds like something straight from one of her books.

Wow this is really good! I can relate to it. I like how you discribe the emotions in this.
