Your imagery and feelings are spot on in this poem. I've always turned to writing as a way to release my emotions, and it seems like you do this as well. That being said I hope you feel better! We've all had those crappy days, weeks, months, etc. but just hang in there, and keep writing because your stuff has great potential.
On a different note, look out for little mistakes like "I done" ('*I'm done' I assume) because you had one or two in this piece.
