Poetry used to be my forte but right now I'm stuck with all the crap in school.

But reading this really reminded me of how good a poem can get; how raw and deeply moving it can be. It was such a good poem!

    This was so lovely!
It was full of emotion and I thought that it was very, very well written!
If I may, I feel that in the line, "For a even sorrier excuse of a man", it would flow more smoothly if it were, "For an even sorrier excuse of a man." Of course, this is all only my opinion. (:
I think that my favorite stanza was, "Think about how we used to talk.
The way I would catch your smile in the halls.
Do you remember those moonlight nights?
How we gazed at the stars from your Drapery Falls...
    "
I just loved this poem so much! Great job on this!
