Wow thank you so much! This is by far the most encouraging comment I've ever received. This ended up as one of my darkest writings, and wasn't sure about how it turned out. So I really appreciate your thoughts:)

Great poem! I really really enjoyed this a lot. defiantly worth a recommendation. There is a lot of different emotions in this poem. However, the strongest emotion present here is fear. The Guardian of death and the girl relationship is very sad, yet beautiful. I like how you showed the girl's levels of difficulties through out her life by getting the point across in a few simple lines. The whole thing of him watching her is sort of like the grim reaper mix with a angel, which I find to be a creative idea. Overall a very well written poem, and will look forward to reading more of your writings. :)
