Sort of cliche. Perhaps a more mature tone with your diction? Did like it overall though, although it was slightly sensationalist. Starts out in a narrative format almost, but abandons it without a good reason, giving the whole poem a feeling of inconsistency. Good work tho!

Wow. Powerful. My heart broke reading this. Touches close to home. Love is not the boy who teases you. Love is not the boy who hits you. Love is the boy who’s nice to you. Love is the boy who gives you flowers. Love is the boy who protects you and treats you like you’re his best friend. Love is not “boys will be boys”. Thank you for writing this! This is very good
