I wanted to cry while reading this, that's how great it is.
I love how you capitalized and [b]bold[/b]ed those words.
I can really feel this poem. If that even makes sense.
You've written this so well, and I love the last few lines.
I love the whole thing, really, it's all so amazing. :)
