    This is a great review!! :) Have you checked out American Idiot: the musical? It's amazing. It got me into Green Day, actually. It features most (I think all) of the American Idiot album, some songs from 21st Century Breakdown, and a couple of non-album songs too. I think you'd really like it :D

    we said forever? there's album reviews for albums way older than American Idiot...

    Anyway, American Idiot got a 82% on your review, in my country's grading system that's an A for high school, and a Distinction for university. Not bad.

    I enjoyed reading this review, and agree (mostly) with the 'grades' given.

    I remember when i had first listened to Green Day. they were the first band i ever listened to also. i never knew the meanings behind any of the lyrics until now. and yet i know ever song word for word. well isnt that a bit sad? xD oh well. very nice article! and thank you for clarifying the songs for me. ^-^
