Cobra Starship - Watch Out, Miley

Cobra Starship - Watch Out, Miley Cobra Starship just released their third studio album, Hot Mess, now they're on the Hot Mess across The U.S tour. You've seen and heard Cobra Starship go from their single "Snakes On A Plane" featuring William Beckett, Maya Ivasson and Travis McCoy on the Snakes On A Plane Soundtrack, to "Good Girl's Gone Bad" featuring Leighton Meester. This New York band has stolen the hearts of fans around the world and maybe take the world with their catchy electronic music and amazing, interesting lyrics.

Cobra Starship was created by former Midtown Bassist, Gabe Saporta, he recruited Ryland Blackinton on guitar, Alex Suarez on bass, Nate Navarro on drums and Victoria Asher on key tar (Previous keytar player was Elisa Shwartz) to create Cobra Starship. In 2006 the band released there first album "While The City Sleeps, We Rule The Streets" which features the single "Bring It (Snakes On A Plane)" which is also featured on the "Snakes On A Plane" soundtrack.

The next year, with the help of Patrick Stump they released there second studio album, Viva La Cobra, which features the singles "Kiss My Sass", "Guilty Pleasure" and "The City Is At War". Travis McCoy from Gym Class Heroes and Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy also appeared on the album. From Viva La Cobra to now, Cobra Starship gained many fans. They're like a gang, they even have their own gang signs, and as fans we're all apart of it.

On Tuesday Cobra Starship released "Hot Mess", with the hot singles "Good Girl's Go Bad", "Pete Wentz Is The Only Reason We're Famous" and "Hot Mess". I definitely love those three songs and most of the album. The album took the same electronic sound they had before, with the amazing, some times hilarious lyrics and took it to a completely different level to create, what I think is the greatest album they've ever released.

I expect a lot more from Cobra Starship, like the VMA they're nominated for, which you can catch to see if they won on MTV September 13, 2009. If everything goes well, they might become the next big thing and take over the world. Watch out, Miley, Cobra Starship's coming.
