Dan Brown's a good author. I like his books because you can learn so much just by reading them.

If I wanted a highly complex book to read, I'd read something else. Simple as that.

*vomits* dan brown, uh uh. angels and demons WAS one of his better books, but how any author could just clutter all these random - nonsequencial ideas into a book and be a SUCCESS is just beyond me.
it is pathetic, really.
i wont even credit his attacks on the catholic church. i mean ive definatly got a strong opinion against the church, but he did such a bad job of it i refuse to affiliate myself with him in any way

i kinda agree with Iago-Disco, i think the only reason the Da Vinci code got any publicity and made into a movie was frankly because it attacked the Catholic Church. and you said you weren't sure if Brown is anti-religious or Christian, well i'll let you know, i don't know if he's anti-religious, but he is surely anti-catholic, even if he counters his points in the book...

I've read it, it's an interesting book... but Dan Brown's writing is bleh tbh.
He relies on facts and facts and more facts and... it's... more like a game of link the dots together, fill in the blanks with a complex plot and write up a book!
It was an interesting read, but the thoughts displayed in the books are... too not believable but you just go along with it.

He's just stirring up the pot. No real substance.

Dan Brown is a peice of dirt... Seriously...
He's like.. an author you'd pick up before a 12 hour flight. You know, something you read thats really easy and doesn't take much thought.
He's a writer of hum-drum action stories that practically follow a formulae and his style is cluttered and stuffy.
He's like the action version of stephanie meyer. lol.

Gabe, this is MY opinion.
