Watchmen - Comments

I read it as part of a class, and remember loving it. I am not that big on superhero novels, but something about Rorschach just pulled me closer. I felt that our corrupt society, which is consumed by greed, could use more who would stick up for what is just, although most of Rorschach's ways are deemed unethical by most. I stumbled upon this review when I searched up to see if someone had done one on it already! I was planning on writing about it myself, if not. I'm glad that you did this!

I remember reading this book when I was younger and how entranced I was with it. All the plot twists and character clashes and the animations! Just brilliant! I'm amazed they could even put it into a movie, it's so complex. (Though I saw the movie and the movie was great.)

And I agree with Spaztastic; I didn't very much like what happened to Rorschach...

I love this book so much. I remember seeing a preview for the movie in July and thought, "this is gotta be a comic book." So I looked it up, read it and fell in love.
