What is habbo?

Habbo is a game you play on your computer and is absolutely free. The only thing that is not free is credits which is what you buy with real money, but you don’t have to buy credits if you don’t want to. With credits you can buy tickets that would allow you to play games such as wobble squabble and dive off the diving board in high dive pool deck. Credits also will give you currency to buy furniture or the more commonly used name furni. Or you could buy HC membership which costs twenty credits for one month.
HC membership
As stated before HC membership is bought with twenty credits. It allows special features that you can’t get as non HC member. With HC membership you get one new furni per month. You also get new clothes and accessories, new dance moves such as the rollie, pogo mogo and duck funk. And instead of three hundred friends on your friend list you get six hundred. Also you get new room designs and are also able to access the HC VIP rooms under the public section. With all this cool stuff you also get a badge.
Though HC membership is great it sometimes changes people and makes them think they are superior and have the right to make fun of other people who are not HC. They create parties were nons are not allowed and any who try to come in are kicked out of the room. I once saw someone comment that habbo was becoming a war zone, and to be honest I agree with them. You are supposed to have fun, but how can you when there is constant bullying? And none of the staff members will do anything to stop with this. There has even been a group created on the forums that goes against HC, the group is called “twenty credits doesn’t change you”.
Safety is very important on habbo, so remember never give out personal information like your e-mail, password, phone number, or any other personal information. There are a lot of queers and pedophiles on that site who will seek out your e-mail and will wish to see you on webcam. If anybody asks you if you have a webcam and msn report this by clicking the blue question mark on the bottom right hand side of the screen.
