Mel is a free spirit. She has a tendency to do things on a whim, without really thinking of the consequences. Born from an Italian family, she loves to cook and tends to spend most of her time doing so. She has an odd obsession with needles, and is studying to become an acupuncturist. She has a few tattoos and piercings, but nothing really out there. Mel is a night person, literally. She works the night shift, has late afternoon classes, and tends to spend the morning and afternoon unconscious. She only writes with blue pens, and collects sticky notes.
