Megan Collins has been friends with Ronnie Radke and Max Green all through high school. When her parents die tragically in a car crash, Max takes Megan into his and Ronnie's house. Megan always felt some sort of love for Ronnie, even though he didn't return the feelings. Eventually, Ronnie gives in after Megan totally transforms her appearance. It's unclear whether Ronnie truly loves her or is still only using her, but Megan can't fight her strong feelings for him, regardless.
