She collects magazine or newspaper prints that has an article of him [even if it's a small column]. She is a co-administrator of the fanclub: Ianism. As a freelance writer, she knows where Ian might be everyday. Story would occassionally be in her Point Of View.

It's just a wishful thinking on her part. And since he sells drugs to famous stars, he has many contacts with the famous people in Hollywood. He encourages Georgina's obssesion by getting her all things that has to do with Ian.
