Stella Davenport is weird, she lives in her head and isn't aware of anything going on around her. She lives with her mom in the first chapter and lives with her Grandmother for the rest of the story. Justin Bieber falls for the girl with seemingly no brain, and he falls hard. He tells her about his feelings but she seems not to understand what he means, or she brushes him off. He can't give up on something so perfect for him.

Justin Bieber chooses to vacation in Harbour Side, a resort in St. Pete's beach Florida. What so weird about that is, it is basically where all the retired people live. He thinks its perfect, who would guess that he's partying it up with some 80 year olds. No one! He gets a chance to relax when he meets Stella, the girl who seems to have no clue about anything. She slowly steals his heart, without even knowing she's doing it. He is conflicted, he wants her and tries to have her but she doesn't seem to understand his intentions.
