In her senior year, many of her lower classmen referred to her as "the seductress." Tomomi doesn't feel like she's attractive at all. A reason why she's interested in Shizuka is because Shizuka is beautiful but like Tomomi, she doesn't believe it. Tomomi joined the photograph to be closer to Shizuka for this reason.

Yamashiro-sensei teaches English, and band, and he supervises the photography club. Although he's an old man, many of the students (both male and female) think he's utterly handsome. Truth be told, Yamashiro is still single but he has a two year old daughter (do the math). Despite the rumors, the reason why he went to live in California was to be close to a childhood friend, idol, and lover. But his lover was not an American, but rather Yoshiki from the band X-Japan. He prefers not to tell anyone because of the increased risk of being stalked. Yamashiro has a fan club.

Kyoshi is part of the "beautiful men" category at his school. He was voted as "most cute" among the students there. He has a bubbly personality but only reveals it to close friends. When around most of the student population, he keeps a serious face and acts mysterious. The only reason he does that is to get attention from girls and make Shizuka jealous. Kyoshi's idol is Koki from KAT-TUN.

Shizuka is what you call a plain beauty. Her features aren't extremely gorgeous, but she has an air about her that is innocence and many view that as beauty. She has a knack for photography and keeps to herself and her four friends (including Yamashiro). Shizuka first fell in love with photography when she was only four. She and her mom would take snapshots at each other. She keeps on of the shots in her wallet everywhere she goes.
