Growing up in the small town of Milton, WV, was nothing short of a Nightmare. Every person seemed to talk with a twang that incorperated the the letter "R" into every word. Instead of 'washing dishes' you would 'warsh dishes'. There were no freezers, instead they were simply "Ice Boxes". Words were combined toghether, making it near impossible to comprehend what was being said. The Boys wore their jeans tucked into their cowboy boots and girls were mothers at the age of sixteen. Caige is tattooed and pierced. Everyone looks down on her, even her boyfriend. This town is not the town where Caige belonged, and she longed for something different. Something she, herself, could not reach alone.
