Everyone loves spending time with the kooky enigma that is Tamsin, though Rory certainly goes the wrong way about showing this. Tamsin is unaware of her own charm, and feels herself insignificant in comparison to most of her friends -- especially Noelle, who she holds in high esteem. She wants to find someone special to spend the summer with, but often goes looking for love in all the wrong places.

Their friendship was reignited when Tessa became close friends with Noelle in secondary school; the two founded what is now their current group of friends. She's carefree girl who wants to spend her summer drinking, smoking and having a good time, and so plans to throw a party at her large house every opportunity she gets.
