Her mother died when she was 6 and her dad is an alcoholic because he see's his his dead wife's face in his daughter every day. Neve loves Finn Scivally. She has been diagnosed with Bone marrow cancer and has only a year and a half to live.

Finn Scivally is a keep to himself boy. He has a bestfriend named michael, but otherwise he would rather observe then participate. He is 6'1 and he has hazel eyes. He has crazy golden blonde hair and is addicted to indie music and Credence. He had found himself to be in love with Neve Rangley and doesn't know what to do about it. She only has a year and a half to live, and yet he only loves her more and more each day.

Ethel is Finn's mother. She has been married to her husband Miles Scivally for 20 years. She has a son named Sammy who has a lot of health problems and all of the issues in her life have lead her to drugs. She has prescribed drugs that she takes and she won't admit it but she is addicted to them.She has red hair and is 5'1 and a half. Even though she has made bad decisions she loves her family with her entire soul and would give her life for them.

Miles is Finn's father and has been married to his wife Ethel Scivally for 20 years. He is 6'11 and he has the same golden hair as his children. He is the caretaker of the family and does what he does to please and make their lives happy. He knows about his wife's drug addiction but he cares about his two sons so he ignores it all so that Sammy will be alright. He loves Neve very much and would be willing to anything for her. He is a person who deserves to be on this earth and is truly a saint in everyones eyes.

Sammy is Finn's little brother. He too has golden hair but with tints of red in it from his mother. He has been dealing with severe diabetes his entire life and has to watch everything he eats and can only go to school for half a day. The doctors say that he probably won't have the normal life expectancy that others have and that at 13 he may be in serious danger. Finn's family took that as a suggestion to take as best care of him as they can. They do so every day and the entire family pitches in to help Sammy. Sammy is very smart for his age and loves airplanes and forts, but mostly he loves his older brother. Finn is the only person who can talk Sammy back from depression or sadness and Sammy wants to be just like Finn. If there is anyone who doesn't deserve to die its Sammy,
