Eli has been through a lot in the past years of his life. His past is messed up and sick. He hates talking about it; he just wants it to be over with. He despises his father and is painfully angry at his mother. He considers Mrs. Jones his ultimate lifesaver. She was the only adult that ever noticed that there was something up with him. He's incredibly thankful and finds himself very undeserving.

Oliver adores both his mother and father. Once Eli starts living with them, he admires his parents even more for their utter compassion. He's an only child and was often lonely in his childhood, though his parents tried their best to keep him occupied. He's unselfish, but he's also has some trust issues. Both qualities sort of cross cancel each other out at times. Oliver can be considered as a "pervert" at times.

Oliver's "mum" and Eli's lifesaver. She paid very close attention to every little thing when it came to Eli's behavior in school. She spotted every bruise. She witnessed every breakdown. She was there through it all and still is. She is originally from England which is where her, her husband, Bob and their son lived until Oliver was 15.
