Peri looks eighteen because she chose to be eighteen. She is a purple-eyed reaper which gives life more often than death. Peri is kind-hearted and always ready to save anyone. She is ancient old and even after all the practice, she still isn't in control of her emotions. Peri is conflicted with love. She always wanted to be loved and feel love, but she thinks of herself as a emotionless creature. Two boys change that, for better or for worse.

Jacob Black is a shifter who shifts into a wolf. He's head over heels in love with Bella Swan, but Peri, the reaper, comes into the picture and he imprints. Jacob sometimes has a short temper, but he's a caring and understanding young man. He's muscular and super tall, but he's lovable and childish. (A/N - Not mine.)
