Rhyne White is a shy, normal girl originally from Nova Scotia, Canada who moved to Chicago, Illinois when she was young with her parents and two brother. She has a younger twin brother, Luke, and a younger brother by two years, Dylan. She is a highly skilled horseback rider, also known as a show-jumper. Rhyne never had many friends when she was young, but after running into Sierra Crosby of the Pittsburgh Penguins, that quickly changed. The girl was introduced to the Chicago Blackhawks, and ultimately, her soul-mate, Kris Versteeg. He changes her for the better, making the once shy, self-conscious girl more open and confident. She has medium length, beautiful wavy brown hair with melting brown eyes. She wears glasses and stands at 5'1". She is very slender, but strong enough to deal with half ton animals.

Vanna Ladd is the cousin of the Chicago Blackhawks Andrew Ladd who moved down from their hometown to live with her cousin. They are more like siblings than cousins. She has long, wavy dark blonde hair with the most gorgeous hazel eyes. She has a slender, but powerful figure. Standing at 5'7", she doesn't find the hockey players too tall. Vanna is a world class figure skater with a busted knee. Her personality is strong and fiery. She is definitely not afraid to speak her mind, and no one wants to get caught in a verbal war with her. Vanna wins, she always wins. She's too stubborn and bold to lose. She also has a tendency to let her words get the best of her, hurting those she's speaking too. Never underestimate the power of her words. However, she does have a soft side. She cares for all the hockey players she lives around. They are her family, and nothing is more important to her than family.

Ariana Letang is the younger sister of Pittsburgh Penguins star defenseman Kris Letang and girlfriend/wife of Niklas Hjalmarsson. (Depends on what story you're reading). She has waist length, curly dark brown hair that matches her brother's, with the brightest green eyes you'll ever see. They are most related to a jade stone. She's 5'3" and super skinny, but very healthy. She's just naturally tiny. Her personality differs between stories based on the timeline. At first, she was a scare little guppy who was afraid of everything. She trusted no one due to a horrible childhood, and believed she was nothing. Until she met Niklas Hjalmarsson. They became close and he slowly brought her out of the thick shell she built for herself. She slowly opened up and began to laugh and talk more than ever. She is still and will always be shy, but she is more open now. Ariana, also known as Ari, is tri-lingual as well.
