He was born and raised in Ireland, and lived with his parents as is mother was trying to control his eating and didn't want him to leave. Very shy but stubborn, he's been in therapy for years but is new to fool time care.

Natalie was admitted to Sunnyroad a little while before her nineteenth birthday, after she suffered a breakdown and she came close to trying to kill herself. Her parents wanted nothing to do with her, believing that her diagnosed Aspergers was a lie and she was self-harming for attention. She gets frustrated easily, and doesn't like putting herself in social situations.

A sufferer of Manic Depression, Adam checked himself into Sunnyroad after he attacked his girlfriend. When in his high moods he can be the best friend to anyone, but in his lows he's impossible to talk to. He has a tendency for violence, towards others and himself, but so far he has escaped charges being pressed against him.

Samantha was transfered from hospital to Sunnyroad after taking an overdose. Diagnosed with severe depression, she refuses to take any medication for it and just wants to leave the institute. Already a huge insomniac, she prefers to paint and draw designs during the middle of the night and doesn't sleep until she passes out, and hates to be around crowds.
