Kelly is from a small town in Kentucky and gets moved to the big city of Pittsburgh to work with the Pittsburgh Penguins. She doesn't take crap from anyone but often finds herself in situations that make her out to be stupid. She's been secretly dating Michael McKenry for almost two years but she doesn't let people in on that secret. Kelly tries to do her job as the Community Relations Liaison but often has to play etiquette teacher to the hockey players who she works with.
