Tom falls in love with Katerina before he had took her into his home after the *** of her family. Everyday Toom hides his feelings to protect his pain for his feelings for Katerina. Tom can be twisted and might not give a *** sometimes, but his heart isn't all the way black. Especially when Katerina is in the picture.

Not all of the gang try to give her a rough time, but Katerina Graham comes a liking to her because of her Innocence. As she is being tortured, Bill grows satisfaction and tends to explore more about her. All her life she has been nothing, but a good girl, and Bill was searching for the bad to come out.

Bill is 6'3 with black fine hair and few blonde streaks of dreadlocks. Bill is the leader of the gang called Tokio Hotel. Him and his twin brother Tom tortures their victims when in a nasty situation. He loves Katerina as if she was his sister, but seeing her sensitive side makes him sick. After the kidnapping with Emerson over her brothers faults. The twisted Bill loves it when she cries in pain as he causes it. His twisted mind can go over board especially when you call him psycho. But there is always a time when that special someone shines a mirror to his reflection, making him sick of what he has and might change what he can be in the future.
