Her parents died when she was fourteen in the form of what Laura was raised to believe was a ***-suicide where her father ***ed her mother before turning his gun on himself while she was at school one day. This left her to be raised by her extremely strict grandparents who all but kicked her out the door at eighteen into the hands of the man whom they wanted their darling granddaughter to wed, Timothy Francis Mclean. Laura follows her grandparent’s wishes, not wanting to disappoint the only family she had left by immediately moving in with Timothy, become his arm candy and built in maid, used for all of his needs and suffering at his hands from the physical and emotional abuse he dealt her. Shortly after her nineteenth birthday her grandfather passed away from a massive stroke, four days later her grandmother passed peacefully in her sleep. Shortly after their deaths Laura comes to the realization that Timothy has amassed his quite substantial fortune by way of his family business which consisted of high tech weapon supplier. The Mclean family business dealt numerous weapons to the various gangs throughout Huntington Beach, California. Being such a high ranking member of the arms dealing business he was constantly being invited to social gatherings in which the men talked and the women were only there to be ogled by the various patrons of the gatherings.

Otherwise known as M. Shadows (or Shadows). 6’1” with mischievous hazel eyes, brown hair he keeps buzzed short, very buff and extremely strong, covered in tattoos. Leader of one of Huntington’s most notorious and feared gangs, the Sevenfold, which he and the other ‘boys’ formed when they were very young. Their success has brought them numerous followers and mass amounts of wealth. Although they normally deal well outside of the law,they have enough people in their pockets that they very rarely are faced with somebody who wishes to bring them down, although it does occasionally happen from rival gangs. The Sevenfold is adamantly against any and all forms of domestic abuse. Any abuse against women in front of a member of the Sevenfold always causes chaos to ensue. Especially if it is Matthew that see’s the violent act. The main success of the Sevenfold is attributed to Matt.

5’9”, long-ish black hair which is always slicked back, in good shape, very strong with dull grey eyes. He has recently become responsible for the Mclean family business of weapons dealing with the various gangs throughout California when his father ‘retired.’ Was raised with the understanding that women are not equal, they are to be treated as nothing but another person meant to serve him in any way imaginable. Because of this impression he has, he treats Laura how his father and grandfather treat his mother and grandmother.

Very affectionate but once her trust is gone it never comes back, like her sister, she takes no crap from anybody and protects those she loves.

Forget me not flower tattooed on left foot and has her tongue pierced. Ava's older twin sister. Doesn't take shit from anybody and protects those she loves at all costs.

Otherwise known as "The Rev" is well known for being kinky as well as being mildly sadistic when it comes to people who have crossed him in any way. Because of his massive height he has made it his personal mission to terrorize all men who cause any sort of harm to a woman they are supposed to care for and protect. Although he is kinky and sadistic he is also a helpless romantic. He is everybody's best friend and shoulder to cry on. One of the five leaders of the Sevenfold.

Otherwise known as Zacky Vengeance, one of the five leaders of the Sevenfold. Is hopelessly in love with Lila and extremely protective of everybody around him. Not very trusting of anybody but the people he works with and those he loves. He is exceptional at reading people and whenever he gets a 'bad feeling' about a person, within a few weeks the issue comes out, because of his uncanny ability to be able to know who is trustworthy and who is bullshitting, everybody always looks to him for guidance on any large deals or meetings. Extremely protective of those around him and will go out of his way to protect a woman in danger of being abused, if possible. He is the tech nerd of the Sevenfold.
