Archer is Australian with honey colored eyes. He serves as Cliesa's partner on the force, following her to Backwater City to help with the investigation into the Serial ***s taking place there. He works alongside her in the police force at Falcon Ridge, having known her since they both started on the force, coincidentally on the same day. He is usually very suave and playful, taking pleasure in teasing his friends and colleagues. He and Cliesa are close friends and Archer respects her immensely. He generally tends to watch Cliesa's back, and he usually serves as her eagle eye, watching the situation from afar by laptop or even alongside her as backup. He is also the only one who knows about her secret regarding the Serial *** case.

Cliesa is a master at infiltration. She's known all over Falcon Ridge for her expert skills at cracking cases quickly and efficiently, earning her the title "Lightning Sleuth." She takes her job seriously and usually tries to keep her emotions in check. She doesn't get along well with her mother and ever since her sister's disappearance, she has done nothing but work. She does so in hope that she will find connections to the loss of her sister. The Seriel *** Case in Backwater City has some connection to her sister's disappearance, Cliesa believes, and she is hoping to solve the case and find her sister.

Kai (pronounced Kay) is Cliesa's elder sister who went missing some eight years ago under mysterious circumstances in Backwater City. Some believe her disappearance was in relation to the Serial ***s in Backwater. She was a wild and spontaneous person, finding excitement where ever she went. She was fun and spirited and she and Cliesa, though not significantly close, looked out for one another.
