Nala is one of the main characters in Stay Gold, a fanfiction based off the novel and movie, The Outsiders. She has medium-length black hair, a small bodyframe, a light complexion and blue-green eyes. She loves poetry and writing, and anything that has glitter. She has a very sarcastic personality, much like her father and grandmother.

Nova is Nala's twin sister, and also a character in my story, Stay Gold. She has dyed red hair, a small bodyframe-- much like Nala's, a medium complexion, and blue eyes. However, she doesn't make too many appearances in the story. She has an "out there" personality, and has a reputation that makes her sound kind of easy, unlike Nala. She's lazy most of the time, but has a sweet personality.

Elaine is Nala and Nova's grandmother, and is also the primary character my story, Stay Gold, focuses on. Elaine came from an abusive household in Texas, but fled to Oklahoma when she was 16. Not a lot about her past is known about her. She's a very sweet, genuine person. Very fearless and courageous. She can be extremely sarcastic, and a tad bit stubborn.
