He shows many signs of Anti-Social Personality Disorder. He always carries a pair of brass knuckles around with him and takes great pleasure in beating and tormenting those who oppose him. He maintains a strong sense of power and control over his 'friends' and enemies. Assef wishes to eliminate the Hazara race from Afghanistan, and is an admirer of Hitler. Assef has a very strong bond with his baby sister, Saria. She is the only person in the world that he truly loves and would willingly do anything for.
