With the exception of her late mother, Emily's family had always been hunters - something she joined in on as soon as she was physically able. Emmie's father would often join John Winchester and his boys in hunting, and eventually Emmie began to help as well. Sam began to notice the younger girl and developed a crush; eventually they began dating. Out of seemingly nowhere, Sam broke up with her and ran off to college, leaving her heartbroken and furious but somewhat sympathetic. Emily began to take up missions with other hunters until she ran into the brothers once again. (Portrayed by Holland Roden)

Delilah didn't know anything about the supernatural world until later in life. She never wanted anything to do with hunters or the creatures they killed, but someone pushed her in the direction of the Winchesters and Castiel. She has a mysterious, secretive aura; she doesn't want to reveal anything about herself. Of course, this makes the Winchester brothers very wary, while Castiel can only insist - with no proof - they have no reason to feel that way. (Portrayed by Sarah Gadon)

An Angel of the Lord, the very one who pulled Dean out of Hell. He breaks his allegiance with Heaven, instead siding with humanity so he can help Dean and Sam stop the apocalypse.
