Chase is a British vampire, more or less the prince of his dying race, which is why he has to marry into the human race. He has no siblings but he wished he had a brother around the same age. His best friend is his own mother and a fellow vampire of the same age as him, called Dimitri. He remembers Charlotte from when he was little, as they had a slight encounter (Charlotte’s "dream").

Charlotte (or else Charlie) has anger management issues and she's the type of person to do anything for her friends. She cannot stand cocky people and is soft spoken, except for when she's angry. She will try to get even with someone and can be very playful. She only has one friend and that’s Izzy.
