Rory Finley is a Scottish/English man born in Bathgate Scotland. He lived with his family Bradley and his father and mother until 15 when he moved out. He was married to his wife Savannah at 16 and she got pregnant at 17 before she died of food poisoning. He joined shoobies at 18 after discovering he had somehow been in it before as Orion, the constellation. At 15-18 he was a teacher for k-4 in Scotland, but got fired. He wished to pursue his dream of being a college professor but found a new life in Shoobies later.

Bradley Finley is Rory's younger brother. Being the youngest in his family, Bradley still had no positive attention throughout his life. He is clever in the mind, but still stupid in the head. At 14, Bradley was taken away by a mob of men in black after being discovered for being Betelgeuse, the brightest star in the constellation Orion. After having Betelguese hidden in him so he would forget his power, Bradley carried on his life as a pocketwatch maker and at 17, popped into Rory's house again telling him to join shoobies.

Erik Ainsworth is the Finley Brothers' stepfather. He is angry, evil and hateful--but rich. Their mother, losing her real husband to a mob of men in black, needed the money to sustain her small family. Erik hates Bradley very much but treats Rory like an angel.

Scott Finley, the boys REAL father, was kind, smart and intelligent. Being an astronomer, Scott Finley was quite the adventurer. He wished to be an astronaut one day and take his sons with him. He was loving and kind to his sons. When Rory was 7, he was taken away by the men in black and beaten.
