James Finigan, also known as Jimmy, was Rory's childhood friend. Always sticking around him through everything, him and Rory would always put themselves in trouble. As a kid, Jim attempted to be the most trouble making kid in the neighborhood. As he grew up, this changed drastically. Gaining more common sense every year, he grew to be much more mature than his friend.
