Eric teaches her how to love.

Eric picks up the peices when ever Connor breaks Mia's heart. Even though he know he shouldn't he stays with Mia. When Connor leaves for New York, Eric and Mia are allowed to fully blossom. Eric helps Mia realise her passion and follows her to New York. He hopes to marry her when Connor drops back into Mia's life.

Betrice is the president of the Anime Club at Mia's highschool when she enters. Beatrice saved Eric from certain death when he was on his way accross the boarder. Beatrice is Mia's best friend, and only true confidant when it comes to Connor/Eric drama. She tries to be impartial most of the time, but really wants Mia to choose Connor so Eric can find someone better, maybe a bit less damaged.
